Thanks for tuning in everybody! Today I welcome Ray Schultz to the Penalty Box. "Sugar" spent six seasons in the Islanders organization, playing 45 games in 'the "Show" with four points and 155 penalty minutes. He also appeared in two playoff games in the memorable playoff series against the Toronto Maple Leafs. You know the one I'm talking about! After his time on the Island, Ray spent time with the Nashville, New Jersey & Phoenix organizations and was the captain of the Calder Cup winning Milwaukee Admirals in 2004. I had a blast chatting with Ray & hope you people enjoy it!

Thanks for tuning in everybody! Today I welcome Graeme Townshend to the Penalty Box. Graeme was the first Jamaican born player to ever play in the NHL. Graeme spent two seasons in the Islanders organization spending the majority of his time with the Capital District Islanders. He did play nine games with the big club scoring a goal and adding two assists. His amazing career included winning "Man of the Year" awards in two different leagues and after he retired as a player, Graeme became a successful coach. Graeme will be starting work on a book in the near future so please look for it when it becomes available. Here is part 2 of my chat with Graeme Townshend. I hope you people enjoy it!

Johnston spent this entire season with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers after the Islanders completed their exhibition schedule. Ross had some pretty good tilts this season and either started or continued a couple of trilogies that you may or may not be aware of. Enjoy this look back as Ross cut his teeth in the AHL as he progressed up the ladder to the human wrecking machine he is today! I hope you people enjoy it!

Thanks for tuning in everybody! Today I welcome Mike Cornell to the Penalty Box. Mike has played parts of four seasons with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers & parts of the three seasons with the Islanders ECHL affiliate the Worcester Railers. Mike's game is old-school all the way. He's a leader, a punishing defenseman, a guy who'll drop his gloves and a guy who'll annihilate an opponent with a massive check. Mike was a great guest and I thank him for his time.
