Episode 5: Jamie Rivers

Thanks for tuning in everybody! Today I welcome Jamie Rivers to the Penalty Box. Jamie spent one season with the Islanders (1999-00) accumulating 17 points & 84 PIMs (his second highest single-season total as a professional). While Jamie readily admits dropping the gloves wasn't a primary job of his, it cannot be argued that his style of play led to many scraps as he says "keeping the big boys in business". Rivs has a million stories and he shares several gems with us today. At the end we discuss some stories submitted by a few former teammates and we finish up with his partner in crime from the Blues NHL Podcast Darin Kimble getting some comeuppance for all the "Buffalo-head" jokes! I hope you people enjoy it!
